AWANA meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6-8:30 p.m. and consists of three segments: game time, council time, and book time. For different achievements, children earn AWANA bucks that can later be spent at an AWANA store.

Immanuel Baptist Church has a simple supper before AWANA meets which adds a new element of sitting down and fellowshipping.

Weekly attendance in the 2009-2010 AWANA program ranged from 40-60 children. The new AWANA season starts October 19.

For the coming year, we need directors and leaders for the 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grade boys and girls clubs, Puggles (2-3 year olds), and Cubbies (4-5 year olds). Helpers are always neeed for Sparks (K-2^nd grade) which is the largest group. Your role can be as simple as giving one hour to listen to children recite sections from their handbooks. Please let the church office know if you are willing to serve.

6:15- 6:45 Dinner - $2 Adults, $1.75 children

6:45 - 7:45 Games and handbook time

7:45 - 8 Closing session
